Booking and Cancellation Conditions
Booking and Payment Conditions:
- Bookings must be made in writing via email.
- 20% of the travel costs are due upon sending the invoice. The booking will be confirmed and binding once the invoice is sent.
- The remaining amount is due 4 weeks prior to commencement of travel.
- Following receipt of the complete amount of the invoice, Aventura do Brasil will send you the complete set of vouchers for your booking.
Cancellation Conditions:
You can cancel your booking in writing via email at any time. However, the following percentages of the billable amount are binding, depending on when the booking is canceled:
(i) Up to 45 days before commencement of travel, the cancellation fee is 15% of the price.
(ii) 44 to 31 days before commencement of travel, the cancellation fee is 25% of the price.
(iii) 30 to 14 days before commencement of travel, the cancellation fee is 50% of the price.
(iv) 13 to 7 days before commencement of travel, the cancellation fee is 75% of the price.
(v) 6 days before commencement of travel, the cancellation fee is 85% of the price.
(vi) For no shows, the cancellation fee is 95% of the price.
These cancellation fees do not refer to airfares. For booked flights, the cancellation regulations of the respective airline will apply, including but not limited to the corresponding cancellation fees and percentages.
