Pousada Capitu is located in the small but charming village of Imbassai on the northeast coast of Brazil in the state of Bahia. Imbassai is located about 56 miles (90 kilometers) north of the capital Salvador da Bahia - the closest airport with national and international connections. For the route you should plan 1-2 hours driving time, depending on the traffic. Other places worth seeing in the surroundings are Praia do Forte, which is about 6 miles (10 kilometers) away, and the nearby nature reserve Sapiranga, where you can explore and visit a fascinating flora and fauna. In Praia do Forte you will find a well developed tourist infrastructure with various stores and restaurants. Imbassai is an ideal place for all guests who want to enjoy a lush nature and numerous and beautiful beaches.
