The unique Bakano Eco Pousada, constructed from shipping containers, is located at the small village of Praia da Pipa, 50 miles (80 kilometers) south of the capital Natal in the northeast of Brazil. The beautiful beach Ponta do Madeiro is only 0.6 miles (900 meters) away from Bakano Eco Pousada and is the ideal spot for water sports or just relaxing on the beach. The center of the village with many small shops and restaurants is only a 10 minute walk from the pousada and the international airport of Natal is about 55 miles (90 kilometers) away.

The international airport of Natal is just 55 miles (90 kilometers) away from Bakano Eco Pousada and easy to reach by car.
